Studio Policies
Tacoma's Best Piercing is committed to providing a clean, safe, professional, and welcoming environment for every client. These studio policies help ensure a positive experience for our clients, staff, and visitors.
Professional Environment
We strive to provide a respectful and comfortable environment for everyone visiting the studio.
We ask all clients and visitors to treat our staff and other guests with courtesy and respect.
Health & Safety
The health and safety of our clients and staff is our highest priority.
For safety reasons, Tacoma's Best Piercing may postpone or decline services if:
- A client appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- A client is unable to provide informed consent.
- A medical or safety concern makes the procedure inappropriate.
- Studio policies or health requirements cannot be met.
These decisions are made to protect both our clients and our staff.
Right to Refuse Service
Tacoma's Best Piercing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary to protect the safety, health, or well-being of our clients, staff, or studio.
Examples may include, but are not limited to:
- Unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
- Failure to comply with studio policies.
- Harassment or abusive conduct.
- Suspected intoxication or impairment.
- Requests for procedures that are not appropriate or cannot be safely performed.
Whenever possible, we will explain the reason for our decision.
Guests
Clients are welcome to bring a guest when appropriate.
Because studio space is limited and procedures require a clean, safe working environment, staff may limit the number of guests permitted in procedure areas.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising children and preventing damage to studio property, merchandise, displays, or equipment.
Any damage caused by a child may result in the supervising adult being held financially responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
Walk-In Availability
Walk-in services are welcome whenever scheduling allows.
Because appointments receive priority, walk-in availability cannot be guaranteed.
If no appointments are immediately available, our staff will gladly help you schedule the next available opening.
Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting the studio.
Please always keep personal items with you.
Photography & Recording
Photography or video recording may be limited during services to protect the privacy and comfort of our clients and staff.
Please ask for permission before photographing or recording anyone inside the studio.
Mobile Phones
To help maintain a safe and professional environment, clients may be asked to silence mobile devices or limit phone use during consultations and procedures.
Food & Beverages
Food and beverages may not be permitted in procedure areas to help maintain cleanliness and safety.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law.
Pets and emotional support animals that are not recognized as service animals may not be permitted inside the studio.
