Once you send your request, our team will:
- Review the details of the jewelry you're looking for
- If the information provided is complete, we’ll send you a quote with pricing and estimated delivery time
- If we need more details, we’ll reach out to confirm exactly what you’re looking for before sending the quote
If you decide to move forward, we will email you an invoice for payment.
Your order will only be placed once the invoice has been paid.
Please note:
- Custom order requests are not monitored in real time, responses are not immediate
- Custom orders can take several weeks depending on the item and brand
- All custom orders are final sale
