Every piercing at Tacoma’s Best Piercing includes high-quality basic jewelry, sterilized and ready for safe healing.
Because every piercing is different, the jewelry setup can vary slightly — some piercings use a base with decorative ends, and others use a ring-style.

Here’s a simple breakdown of what’s included in each piercing price:

Most piercings use a base + one or two decorative ends

These piercings are built with two components:

A base — the part that goes through the piercing channel (examples: flatback post, straight barbell, curved barbell, or labret shaft).

One or two ends — the visible jewelry pieces that screw or snap onto the base (like gems, discs, or decorative tops).

Your quoted piercing price includes the full set (sterile base + standard ends).

You’re always welcome to upgrade your ends to gold, gemstone, or premium designs — we’ll simply adjust the jewelry cost at checkout.

Some piercings require a ring instead of a post

A few piercings — such as septum or daith piercings — are designed to use a ring-style piece.
Your piercing price already includes a Titanium Fixed Bead Ring, perfectly sized for your anatomy and healing.

Upgrades to gold or decorative rings are available if you’d like to customize your look.
