Connecting Your Purchase Records
When making a jewelry purchase, customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and, whenever possible, verifying that the purchase is associated with their correct name, phone number, and email address.
This information is more than a way for us to contact you. When your purchase history, customer information, service records, and other relevant records can be connected to the same customer, they can work together to create a more complete reference for your jewelry history.
Depending on the information available, previous purchase records may help us reference details such as jewelry size, gauge, length, diameter, style, material, or other information recorded with the original transaction.
This information may be particularly helpful when you need a jewelry change, downsizing, troubleshooting, a future jewelry purchase, or assistance completing a repair request.
Purchase records may also help us verify the original transaction and determine whether a jewelry item may qualify for applicable manufacturer warranty or repair assistance.
For this reason, we strongly encourage customers to provide accurate information and keep their contact information current.
Electronic Receipts
Whenever possible, Tacoma's Best Piercing provides electronic receipts.
Electronic receipts help you:
- Verify purchases.
- Locate transaction numbers.
- Support warranty repairs.
- Reference previous jewelry purchases.
- Maintain your own purchase records.
We recommend saving your receipts for future reference.
Purchase History
When available, Tacoma's Best Piercing may be able to locate previous purchases using information such as:
- Your name.
- Phone number.
- Email address.
- Approximate purchase date.
- Transaction number.
- Invoice number.
Depending on the age of the purchase, locating previous transactions may require searching multiple record systems.
While we make every reasonable effort to locate prior purchases, we cannot guarantee that every historical transaction can be found.
